They coordinate the design of digital (and interactive) training according to marine specifications in close coordination with our specialist coordinators. In this context, you are responsible for maintaining dates, budgets and quality standards of our training programs (virtual, augmented and mixed reality applications, as well as classic desktop modules). You coordinate internal service providers and suppliers and monitor the technical, timely and qualitative implementation of our performance requirements. In regular reports and presentations for management and our customers, you will explain the functionality, performance characteristics and potential applications of your projects. Last but not least, you regularly evaluate and implement new technologies and software solutions that facilitate your work and make our training environments even more realistic.

Complete study in web design, media design or game art & 3D animation. Multiannual (5+) Professional practice with digital education and media design as well as initial experience in project management. Conversation with the Game Engine Unreal Engine and the 3D programs Blender, Autodesk 3ds Max or Cinema 4D as well as with Adobe Creative Tools and MS Office, ideally also with object-oriented programming languages such as C++. Excellent communication and presentation skills in German and English. Self-employed, committed and solution-oriented personality with a high level of understanding, team and coordination, as well as the readiness to multi-week national and international missions (about 20% of activity).
