Completed studies in civil engineering or alternatively completed construction-related training and further qualification (e.g. technicians or road builders) as well as several years of professional experience Knowledge and experience in building law and VOB as well as in contracting, costing and post-contracting Entrepreneurial thinking, commitment, reliability and negotiation skills Team spirit, enforcement ability and an independent and structured way of working Safe handling of MS Office, especially Excel Very good knowledge of German in word and writing
