For a company in Anröchte we are looking for the next The ideal occupation for the position:

Your future responsibility:

• Operation of CNC milling machines (HURON) for producing precise components
• Installation of CNC machines including selection of suitable tools and Tensioners
• Programming and optimization of CNC programs (Heidenhain) based technical drawings and production specifications
• Monitoring the manufacturing process and carrying out regular Quality controls with measuring means
• Maintenance and maintenance of machines, tools and equipment Ensuring production quality
• Documentation of manufacturing parameters, test results and deviations in accordance with internal guidelines
• Cooperation with work preparation and quality assurance Process optimization compliance with safety rules and ensuring the order and Cleanliness in the working area

This distinguishes you:

• Completed training in a metalworking profession, ideally in the area of machining with focus milling
• Alternatively a comparable qualification with relevant professional experience in metal processing
• Experience in handling CNC controls (Heidenhain)
• Self-responsible and structured operation
• Strong awareness of quality and precision
