This is what we expect as Account Support in digital brokerage (m/w/d) Account support: Close cooperation with our Account Managers: in the care and development of strategic pool partnerships Central interface: First contact:in for brokers - via digital channels such as email, platforms and telephone Service Excellence: independent, customer-oriented processing of enquiries in compliance with defined quality standards Offer creation: creation of tailor-made offers in private and corporate insurance Process management: Support of supply and application processes with a focus on the efficiency and empowerment of brokers Technical and Tech Support: Advice on Product-related, Processual and Technical Issues Digitalization: Active engagement with new tools and digital solutions to improve cooperation Enabler role: empowering our partners to act faster, safer and more independent Optimization: cooperation in the further development of processes and structures in a dynamic environment In short, you are a supporter:in, Sparringspartner:in and Posmacher:in for our sales

This is what you bring as an account support in digital brokerage (m/w/d) Qualification: completed commercial training Industry experience: Multiannual experience in insurance business Expertise: Funded know-how in private and corporate insurance Sales experience: Experience in cooperation with sales partners, ideally in the broker environment Digital competence: Safe handling of offer programs and digital tools Operation: Structured, independent and solution-oriented mode of operation Personality: High communication strength and joy in cooperation with brokers Language knowledge: Very good German knowledge and good English skills Openness for creative and innovative solutions as well as joy in dealing with pioneering technologies such as artificial intelligence or internal chatGPT
