You make sure that the IT security and digital resilience of the NEW Group are at the highest level at all times. You develop and optimise security rules, emergency concepts and identity and access management and monitor the implementation of these measures. With your work, you will ensure that digitization at the NEW Group succeeds securely and sustainably. You also have outstanding technology expertise. At the next time, we are looking for a:n within the 'IT-central control' area of NEW AG at our location in Mönchengladbach Projektmanager (m/w/d)

IT Security: You are responsible for the compliance and further development of IT security requirements and security regulations according to international standards (e.g. ISO27001, NIS2) and legal requirements (e.g. GDPR). Confidentiality, integrity and availability of all information, data and IT services are guaranteed. You conduct risk analysis, IT security audits, awareness campaigns and trainings for employees of the NEW Group. The management of security incidents and escalations, as well as acquiring certifications and compliance reviews are within your task. You're the first stop for escalations in Security Management. The independent management of IT security projects is your responsibility. You support the selection of services, mechanisms and methods to increase information security.

Service continuity management: You will first, plead and communicate IT service continuity plans and emergency concepts for all IT services and business processes. The planning and execution of tests and exercises for emergency care, as well as optimization of processes based on the results are your tasks. You coordinate the emergency organisation in the event of a disaster and coordinate it with information security management.

Identity and access management (IAM): The development and monitoring of access controls, authentication and authorization mechanisms fall into your field of activity. You conceptualize and control role models, authorization profiles and on/offboarding processes. You are also responsible for the certificate management and remote access solutions.

You have successfully completed a degree in business informatics or a comparable discipline. Finding knowledge of international safety standards (ISO27001, NIS2), ITIL processes and relevant legislation (e.g. GDPR) is what you bring to us. You have already gained experience in information security management, service continuity management and IAM. Embossed communication and moderation strength as well as enforcing ability and high self-responsibility characterize you. Experience in working with internal and external IT service partners will help you. You are willing to continue training and take over the management of projects and boards (e.g. IT Security Board). You think strategically, analytically, communicate clearly and bring enthusiasm for responsibility and design with German knowledge (at least C1 level) is required
