IT System Engineer Network Infrastructure (a*)

You are responsible for the operation and further development of the firewall and network infrastructure. The design, construction and operation of campus communication infrastructures are within your task. You take over the administration and conception of network topologies and optimise the Network automation, for example by using infrastructure as code. In technical 2nd and 3rd level support you actively participate. Infrastructural projects or sub-projects, you conduct your expertise. You create system documentation and train your IT skills.

You have a completed scientific (MINT) degree or an equivalent qualification. With very good firewall knowledge and experience in the operation of complex network and IT security infrastructures, you bring a well-founded expertise. You have pronounced conceptual skills and work systematically and independently. A high level of readiness for continuous training, incorporation and independent information acquisition is yours. Good communication skills and team skills are your strengths. You are also willing to participate in a changing call.
