The Department of Development Energy Efficiency Total Vehicle focuses on optimizing the efficiency of vehicles of all types of drive. Our mission is to help shape, accurately predict and continuously improve future vehicle concepts through innovative methods and technologies. Our team systematically analyzes large quantities of vehicle data to optimize energy and fuel consumption at the customer. This allows us to maximize the range of electric vehicles and increase energy efficiency in real driving. These challenges include: Analysis of vehicle data using statistical methods for energy efficiency Use of tools such as Tableau, Databricks, Matlab and Excel for data analysis and visualization Presentation of results before the team and other stakeholders Support in the optimization and monitoring of the data pipeline Participation in the development of new methods for forecasting consumption and range We offer: Insight into the work of a leading automobile manufacturer Working in a dedicated and innovative team Possibility to introduce and implement your own ideas Practical experience in the analysis of vehicle data The internship can start from September 2025 and should have a duration of 6 months.

Current studies in a relevant field (e.g. computer science, statistics, engineering, electrical engineering) Basic knowledge of programming (e.g. Python, Matlab, SQL) Basic knowledge of the analysis of large amounts of data and the handling of databases Interest in energy efficiency and new technologies Interest in Data Engineering and Data Science Secure knowledge of German and English in word and writing Teamability and Communication Strength Additional information: Of course, without formalities, we are not.
