Responsible for the commercial, technological and calculatory processing of work orders and projects Collection, review and development of all technical documents relevant to the offer On site visits with the responsible building manager/masters and contractors Collection of offers from our suppliers/subcontractors and comparison to price, performance, delivery times Creation of offers by approved PC program or working time values according to the client's technical specifications Development of detailed schedules according to the technical requirements of the client, taking into account other structures and their delivery times triggering of material orders, services of third parties and coordination of delivery times Support in the identification of personnel demand planning Collection of all additional services and their timely provision Monitoring, handover, billing of orders and projects Compilation of transfer documentation Support for construction site management (including all related correspondence, preparation of documents, etc.) Accounting in the respective area Creation of dimensions Customer contact

minimum. 4 years of professional experience in plant and pipeline construction minimum. 3 years of specialist completed vocational training Commercial knowledge PC identifiers (MS-Office) driving licence English knowledge
