These include modern desktop services, powerful communication solutions, stable data center services, secure network and security infrastructures as well as central corporate applications such as SAP.

Your tasks You are responsible for our employees on site, in the offices and in the field service – and make sure that their IT works reliably at any time. You install and administrate clients and set up central IT services such as VPN, Microsoft 365 or SAP. You will take care of the deployment and administration of our Communication Services, including Microsoft Teams and Mobile Services. You actively contribute to implementation and migration projects and shape our IT landscape. You support the administration of our internal data center services, such as servers, storage, network and firewall. You look forward to further developing our security in the group of companies and ensure a high level of protection and stability.

Your profile You have a completed training as a specialist (m/w/d) or a comparable qualification in IT. You bring practical experience in employee support and IT administration. You have well-founded knowledge in Windows 10/11, macOS, iOS, Office 365/Microsoft 365 as well as in Windows Server environments and network infrastructures. Ideally, you have additional know-how in the field of Linux, MS Azure, Active Directory (on-prem & Azure) and Intune. You convince by a service-oriented appearance and an open, communicative way. You think conceptually, but you also like to grab yourself. You like to work in the team and bring a strong communication and implementation skills. You address challenges in a solution-oriented and pragmatic manner. You speak German and English well. Ideally, you bring a good technological and methodological basic understanding in the field of IT security – for example in topics such as endpoint security, identity & access management, MFA, conditional access or SIEM. A fundamental understanding of relevant attack vectors and modern cyber tactics (e.g. phishing) would be a plus. If you are already thinking in security architectures like Zero Trust or Least Privilege and enjoy actively contributing to securing our group of companies, this is great. We will be happy to help you further develop this knowledge.
