A 3-year dual training to cook/to cook with exciting phases of practice and theory. You learn how good food will be from good ingredients. You prepare dishes and arrange them creatively and appealingly. You work with regional and seasonal products. You will get insights into the development of dishes, menus and our menu. You learn how a kitchen really works – from the delivery of goods to the finished plate. You work with your team to make our guests happy to come back. You get more and more responsibility with time and can bring your own ideas. Of course, hygiene, quality and professional handling of food are also included. At the vocational school you get the theoretical know-how. You also have the opportunity to acquire the additional qualification “Intensification for vegetarian and vegan cuisine”.
