Development of (provisional) concepts and processes in the field of anti-Financial-Crime based on regulatory and economic requirements Implementation of the conceptual features in close cooperation with the IT development team, our external partners and management Preparation of User Stories for the Development Team and Test of the Software before commissioning Analysis of the APIs and data requirements of external systems for integration into the overall architecture Bringing your own ideas to the constant optimization of products, processes and systems

You have a successfully completed study with economic or IT-technical orientation (economic informatics, economic engineering, technical BWL) You bring passion for technology, complex business processes and digital products and actively pursue the FinTech market You have already gained first professional experience in agile product development, preferably in the area of AML/money laundering prevention, a startup or a management consultancy You are characterized by strong analytical skills and a clear focus on customer needs, taking into account the targeted use of AI to optimize processes You have excellent communication skills and a hands-on mentality - from idea discovery to implementation Very good knowledge of German and English in word and writing complete your profile
