These are your tasks Building and further developing the Data Governance Framework and Master Data Management in line with the data strategy and the Group IT strategy Definition, documentation and introduction of data policies, standards and processes Establishing and coordinating roles in data management (e.g. Data Owner, Data Steward) Ensuring data quality, transparency and traceability across systems, areas and applications Definition and monitoring of KPIs to measure the success of data governance and data quality Development and implementation of processes for data classification, metadata management and data catalogs Monitoring of regulatory requirements (GDPR, compliance, information security, Germany-specific requirements) Close coordination with departments, IT, architecture and management Promoting data-driven corporate culture through communication, training and change management

This will bring you Completed studies in (economic) informatics, data science, economics or comparable discipline Multiannual experience in data management, ideally in data governance, master data management or data strategy Knowledge of data quality management, metadata management and modern data architectures Confidence with regulatory and safety-relevant requirements Experience in stakeholder management and interfaces between business and IT Analytical and conceptual strength paired with high reaction orientation Teamability and high social competence to control decision-making processes in interdisciplinary teams Very good English skills in word and writing We offer you Are you looking for new professional challenges?
