As a Quality Manager (m/w/d), you contribute to the further development of quality standards, with the aim of ensuring food safety and quality and continuously improving it. They coordinate and guide causes analyses in quality deviations as well as customer complaints. Create and follow action plans in cooperation with other departments. For the prevention of microbiological disturbances, you accompany process changes and (re)validation of cleaning, disinfection and sterilization processes (including packaging). They drive forward the continuous optimization of production and filling processes. They are responsible for maintaining and continuously developing internal quality and hygiene standards in the product and process environment, integrating external requirements (trade partners, certification, etc.) and trends of relevant quality indicators.

They have a successfully completed (university) degree or master/technician of food technology, chemical, packaging technology, ideally focusing on milk processing and dairy technology or a comparable qualification. In addition, you have first professional experience in quality management in the food industry. They provide technical understanding of production and filling processes and microbiological knowledge in the field of milk processing. They have fun in methodological action, pleasure in complexity reduction of facts and have a pronounced hands-on mentality. Thanks to your communication strength in German and English, cooperation with international colleagues is not a problem for you. Structured, independent and problem-solving-oriented working methods as well as responsibility and quality awareness complete your profile. The place is limited to 2 years.
