Total responsibility for the handling of complex road, civil engineering and engineering projects in terms of quality, costs, dates and safety Professional and disciplinary leadership of teams consisting of construction monitoring/ construction supervision as well as structured incorporation, coaching and further development of employees Controlling the construction and resource planning across several projects and ensuring compliance with contractual, technical and legal frameworks (e.g. VOB, HOAI, FGSV) Central interface to clients, planners, authorities and partners Ensuring uniform standards, processes and quality requirements Participation in acquisitions and positioning of Drees & Sommer as a powerful partner in road / engineering

Successfully completed studies in the field of civil engineering preferably with the deepening of civil engineering and road construction/transport road construction, engineering construction, construction company / construction management Many years of well-founded experience in the construction management of demanding road and civil engineering projects as well as experience in the disciplinary leadership of teams High level of entrepreneurial thinking, decision-making, communication strength, self-initiative and enforcement ability as well as fingertip feeling in dealing with teams, customers and the different requirements of all stakeholders Project-related readiness within Germany Very good knowledge of German and good English in word and writing desirable for exchange with international partners and customers Class B valid driving licence
