You are a specialist, tax advisor, financial authorities and external partners You support general tax issues in the field of income taxes and turnover tax, focusing on real estate funds You support special projects such as the design and implementation of new regulatory requirements in existing systems You independently and independently manage the business-related correspondence with the tax office, fund partners and investors You support building new structures and work processes

You have a successfully completed training as a tax specialist/tax expert and several years of practical work or a study of economics or comparable You already have professional experience in a tax consulting/economic auditing company, ideally in a capital management company related to real estate topics or in a real estate management company Working into new topics quickly belongs to your strengths You can have good basic tax knowledge as well as good IT skills (Word, Excel and, if necessary, SAP) You have good knowledge of (international) income tax law and basic knowledge of turnover tax law You are communicative and team-oriented and you have an independent, precise and result-oriented approach
