For our strategic business unit Semiconductor Mask Solutions (SMS), we are looking for a Project Manager Operations (m/w/x) at the Jena site at the next possible time: Management of functional teams for product realization within development projects

Coordination of new product approaches

Definition of targets and responsibility for the timely input from operations, development and other specialist departments

Responsibility for production planning, serial start and transfer to production incl. Infrastructure and building topics

Coordination of the project team, in particular the work package managers from operations and development in coordination with the segments and the other project managers / subproject managers (Sub Function Owner)

Coordination and assignment of project tasks (soll-actual comparison)

Inquiries and tuning of resources in the quarterly process with the heads of the departments and the clarification of resource conflicts with the departments

Reconcile the available production capacities and implement measures in conflicts with other product lines

a successfully completed study of the natural or engineering sciences, ideally with a focus or additional qualification in the field of production or product and process development

at least 5 years of professional experience, preferably in the field of production planning and control as well as in the introduction of complex products

Experience in shopfloor management and Kanban (agile project management, desirable GPM certification level B/C or comparable)

high commitment, very good communication and team skills

Flexibility, high loadability and enforcement capability

a balanced technical, economic and social competence, as well as a structured way of working and a pronounced communication capability

knowledge of English in word and writing
