Specialist (m/d) Your future tasks:

• Taxes of the entire recruiting process from job alert to recruitment
• Collaborations with the specialist areas for the targeted occupation of vacancies and the development of accurate requirements profiles
• Targeted response of applicants to suitable platforms
• Implementation of interviews
• Working on employer branding strategies and recruiting campaigns

To do this, bring:

• Completed university degree (Bachelor/FH Diploma) with a focus on human resources management, economic psychology, BWL or a field of study
• Multiannual experience in recruiting various professional fields
• Experiences and knowledge about the use of various selection instruments
• Secure use of social media channels and practical experience with online application management tools
• Knowledge of legal framework conditions in employment
