System Administrator - Microsoft 365 / Infrastructure (m/f/d)

You work closely with our employees, executives and management and support them in all topics related to the digital workplace You bring new ideas, evaluierst modern technologies and actively participate in the further development of our IT landscape You are a contact person for IT and security topics and help to find pragmatic and sustainable solutions You support the analysis of our systems and networks, recognize optimization potentials and contribute to a stable IT operation You work with technologies such as Active Directory, Entra ID and Microsoft 365 and continuously develop your knowledge in these areas Together with the team, you will meet our modern digital jobs, consisting of laptops, mobile devices and cloud services You support topics such as patch management, IT security and incident management and learn to take responsibility for your own areas step by step You can help with the support and further development of modern security solutions such as MFA, Endpoint Security or EDR/XDR You document processes, share knowledge in the team and help strengthen the company's security awareness You are working on the further development of our server, network and cloud infrastructures and can bring your own ideas and solutions Depending on your interests and strengths, you have the opportunity to specialize in topics such as cloud, infrastructure, modern workplace or IT security

You have completed an education or a study in the IT field or as a cross-release: in a high IT affinity. You want to take the next step in your IT career and enjoy topics such as Microsoft 365, cloud technologies or IT security. With your analytical and solution-oriented way, you will be happy to tackle technical challenges and bring your own ideas proactively. You are a communal team player who has the pleasure of supporting colleagues and is curious about new topics. You speak German fluently and have good English skills.
