It is therefore responsible for selecting, providing and operating as well as further developing IT infrastructures, IT platforms and business applications. In order to optimally support the departments through IT solutions in their business processes, the Schwarz IT takes up the requirements of the departments in consultations and works together with these professional and efficient IT solutions.

Your tasks

• As a GenAI Platform Governance Owner (m/w/d), you are our central contact for the strategic use of generic AI and play a key role in shaping our technological future.
• You analyze the latest developments and trends in GenAI and evaluate their relevance for our company.
• You develop strategies for the use of GenAI technologies (e.g. agents) in close cooperation with the management and the areas of expertise.
• You develop the governance structure and guidelines for the use of GenAI technologies throughout the group, including the EU AI Act.
• You control the selection, introduction and development of suitable tools and platforms that support GenAI technologies in a targeted and responsible way.
• You plan the operation and development of the GenAI platforms together with the respective owners to serve the needs of the entire group in time and budget.

Your profile

• You have already collected work experience in a consultancy or in science and brings a technical background, ideally in the fields of software development, data science or AI.
• You are a communication-strong personality and you can understand complex technical facts.
• You have a deep understanding of generative AI tools and technologies, their application in practice and the associated regulatory challenges.
• You are characterized by strong analytical skills and have the gift to quickly capture technological trends and evaluate their organizational implications.
• You have very good project management skills and understand how to structure new topics, plan budgets, manage budgets and make stakeholder management.
