Self-stepping and operation of our blow moulding machines according to process specifications under clean room conditions according to GMP (ISO class 7) Maintenance and repair work on the blow molding machines according to clearly defined specifications Parameterization and operation of PLC user interfaces (Siemens and Beckhoff) Continuous monitoring of the production process and self-responsibility of product quality including quality controls on automatic microscope measurement systems Complete and standard documentation of all activities according to DIN EN ISO 13485 Independent fault diagnosis and sustainable disorder elimination in process technology Technical support for development activities in medical product design Participation in the automation of existing processes, infrastructure and IT systems

Completed recognised technical training as industrial or precision mechanics, mechatronics (all m/w/d) or comparable technical training Evidence of professional experience in maintenance, repair and ideally programming PLC-controlled production facilities Preferred: Practical knowledge in the control systems Siemens and Beckhoff as well as basic knowledge of quality management systems (e.g. ISO 13485) Additionally desirable: experience in the medical, pharmaceutical or GMP-regulated environment and work under clean room conditions Very good German knowledge in word and writing – absolutely necessary for documentation, quality assurance and internal communication Structured, precise and independent operation in a regulated production environment A high level of quality and responsibility Technical interest in process optimization and automation
