In this position, BARMER's top management advises you on strategic and operational issues. You will provide sound impulses and recommendations for decision support. They actively participate in the further development of the corporate strategy, accompany planning and control processes and make a significant contribution to the operationalization of the corporate and focus objectives. In cross-departmental projects, you bring your analytical and communicative strengths and develop strategic action options from a holistic corporate perspective. Development topics identify you proactively, evaluate them on the basis of quantitative and qualitative analyses and translate your results into concrete business decision bases. You act as a bridge between controlling, data analysis and management. In addition, you will develop conceptual foundations for the further development of corporate management and skills management in the business topics – in particular with a focus on controlling. These are structured, understandable and at eye level.

You have successfully completed a degree in business management, economics or a comparable field of expertise and bring well-founded professional experience in the healthcare sector – ideally with knowledge of the GKV business model. Analyzing, preparing and presenting complex facts in a comprehensible and targeted manner is one of your core competencies. They have deep knowledge of business analysis methods such as accounting, scenario analysis, simulation or investment assessment. The use of modern analysis tools such as SQL, Python or R is of course for you. Interdisciplinary teamwork as well as agile project methods are practice for you. Your structured work and strong team orientation make you a valuable partner / a valuable partner in the project environment.
