You are responsible for the further development, optimization and ongoing care of our Oracle based warehouse management system. The analysis of business requirements is one of your tasks as well as its translation into robust technical solutions with clear end-to-end responsibility. In addition, your role includes the design, development and testing of database applications and PL/SQL modules. Another focus is on the performance optimization of existing database structures and the continuous development of the system architecture. The evaluation and integration of new features, extensions and interfaces is also one of your tasks. In close cooperation with key users, the specialist departments and the operational logistics teams, solutions are created that actually work in the warehouse everyday and offer real added value.

You bring multi-year experience as a software engineer or Oracle/PLSQL developer or a comparable technical role. In addition, you have very good knowledge of Oracle Database, SQL and PL/SQL that you use safely and routined. Experience in warehouse management, logistics or supply chain is a clear advantage. Conception, modelling and performance tuning of relational databases are not a problem for you. At the same time, your clear motivation is to develop an established system efficiently instead of reinventing everything. Your independent, solution-oriented way of working, your analytical mindset paired with an understanding of logistics business processes and your pleasure in partner collaboration in the team. Your profile is rounded off by fluent German skills.
