Referent Partner (m/f/d)

Your mission: You operate the recruiting, onboarding and development process, organize processes professionally and independently take responsibility for subprojects in the fields of partner acquisition, partner development and partner support. You relieve the responsible executives, in particular in recruiting, partner development and central event formats, and help new and existing partners be accompanied, activated and integrated into the network. Your tasks: In addition, you accompany the incorporation of new partners organizationally. You coordinate inclusion coaches, appointments, feedback and handovers so that new partners experience a structured, professional and supportive start. After recruiting, connection and incorporation, you will ensure an orderly transfer to the partner development. You fully prepare relevant information, coordinate transfer talks and keep open topics consistent so that no information is lost and new partners are well integrated into the further development logic. As the first operational contact person, you will accompany interested parties and new consultants through the recruiting process. You take questions, give orientation to next steps, provide reliable feedback and keep the interface to internal stakeholders. This means that potential and new partners experience the VB Select from the outset as binding, structured, personal and high-quality. In the area of partner development, you support the organisation and implementation of development formats. You arrange offers, take over the participant management, prepare documents, vote content with specialist areas and ensure effective refurbishment. You will also participate in the planning of key events and partner development formats. You structure processes, assist in preparing central messages, coordinate relevant interfaces and document learnings for future formats. In addition, you support the internal activation of the partners. You prepare measures to make development offers more visible and motivate them to use. To do this, you support a suitable target audience address, formulate practical benefits arguments and accept feedback from the consultant. In this way, you contribute to the fact that partner development is not only implemented organizationally, but actually develops effect in the network.
