These challenges include: Working on the further development of the IT/T Target Operating Model, including processes, roles, governance, tools and use cases

Development and processing of overall and partial concepts

Creation of conceptual procedures, presentations and decision documents

Management-compliant visualization of complex content in PowerPoint

Workshop & Meetings (Slides, Meeting Minutes)

Support in project management (teams, KanBo), incl. tracking, orchestration and status reports

Preparation of analyses, evaluations and reports

Communication via different channels (teams, mail, intranet) incl. Participation of communication packages

Cooperation in international teams, especially with colleagues in India

Coordination with different stakeholders (O Owner initiative, Architecture, Delivery Units)

The activity can begin from April 2026.

Continuous Study of Business Informatics, Digital Business, Computer Science, BWL or a Related Study Program

Very good knowledge in PowerPoint (structure, storytelling, visualization)

High competence in handling teams and modern collaboration tools

Interest in or first experience with copilot/AI-assisted work

Readiness or experience in Signavio and BPMN 2.0

Very good knowledge of German and English in word and writing for international cooperation

Joy of analytical and conceptual work

Communication strength and structured operation

Motivation to take responsibility and promote topics yourself

Intercultural competence, commitment and initiative

Methodological working with high creativity, communication and team skills

Data analysis with Excel and PowerBI
