In the following areas of activity you will support our team: Consumption and careful examination of claims Creation of reports on the analysis of claims and customer performance Communication with internal stakeholders to clarify questions and provide information Tracking Service Now tickets and assignment within the organization Participation in the creation and design of the internal customer newsletter Developing and implementing initiatives for continuous improvement at global level

enrolled student in a Bachelor or Master degree course Safe handling of the MS Office programs, Experience with Service Now is a plus Very good knowledge of German and English; Spanish knowledge is advantageous Structured working, flexibility and readiness to learn Excellent communication and organization skills Team skills
