The application and information systems department of the Office for Digitization, IT and Organization is the central IT service provider within the state capital of Stuttgart. You are responsible for the centrally managed and city-wide information systems (RIS) You ensure that the market is continuously monitored and potentials – taking into account new technology trends – are analysed, evaluated and assessed Your tasks include the development of architectural recommendations for the continuous continuation of the associated architecture model The preparation and implementation of presentations and user training is also part of your tasks You actively contribute to the professional implementation of the entire life cycle of applications including controlling and cost-effectiveness testing Thanks to you, the smooth migration of the old system and the archive is ensured, as you prepare and accompany it reliably A change or addition of the task area is reserved.

A completed study (Bachelor) in the field of Computer Science, Business Informatics or a comparable course of studies It is also possible to apply for officials of the elevated service with experience in the written field of activity Experience as a product manager and professional experience in the field of agile software development and in the implementation of migration projects Knowledge of product/project life-cycle management Consultancy competencies, high level of self-employment, communication strength, a strong sense of responsibility, flexibility in task management, conceptual thinking and the ability to render complex processes in a comprehensible manner German language skills (min.
