These are your tasks You serve our business customers:in all financing issues You analyse the potentials of the business customers you are responsible for: within the framework of our Savings Bank Financial Concept, You are comprehensively drawn up With a skillful address and persuasiveness, you can continuously acquire new customers: inside and represent the MBS at trade fairs and customers:internal events You negotiate terms, make credit decisions in their own competencies and make decisions for the competencies:inside and develop measures to avoid credit risk As a strategy partner:in your clientele, the customer relationship and the continuous comprehensive development of your customers are at the heart of your work. This also includes the topics of liquidity, protection and prevention. You therefore maintain close cooperation with our business offices and partners:inside (e.g. Bausparkasse, Versicherungen, asset advisors:innen)

We wish A successfully completed training as a bank merchant or Banking or economic studies At least 2 years of experience in holistic business or business customer consulting A strong sales orientation as well as a high degree of self-initiative and joy in networking Travel readiness within your area of use and the possibility of private car use (costs are refunded) Flexibility in terms of working hours

You can expect from us An annual salary between 57,000 - 85,000 Euro (TVöD-S, up to max. EG 11), tailored to your relevant professional experience and qualification, incl. Special payments 39 working hours per week, flexible working hours and parttime offers The ability to work up to 40% mobile 32 days holiday, additionally free of work on 24th and 31st December as well as special holidays for special occasions A separate workplace in an air-conditioned office, modern and ergonomically furnished, incl. service An onboarding tailored to you, incl.
