Team Leader Sales Municipalities (m/f/d)

You take responsibility for managing and developing the sales team It is your concern to strengthen and promote your employees in their development You develop our existing sales strategies and actively contribute to further business development You coordinate the implementation of our sales strategy at operational level and, together with the team, ensure the achievement of the goals set The analysis of our sales figures and KPIs and the derivation of appropriate implementation measures are your responsibility You develop your team through regular discussions (e.g. feedback talks, performance assessments and development talks) You are responsible for timely and precise communication and reporting to your leadership You identify potentials in the market environment municipalities and consistently implements appropriate measures for customer acquisition You accompany the complete process in public tenders - from analysis to tender Finded knowledge in the procurement law will help you to ensure that all requirements are met legally and professionally Together with internal specialist departments, you take responsibility for creating convincing and competitive offers You build trusted relationships with external stakeholders and position our company as a reliable partner Develop individual, solution-oriented offers from the needs and challenges in the local environment

You have a degree in economic engineering, business management or a comparable qualification You bring well-founded expertise in the field of e-carsharing and charging infrastructure and have several years of professional experience in sales You have experience in managing employees and enjoy developing and supporting your team You are a heart blood distributor, strong in communication and always at eye level with your interlocutors Your goal is to drive and complete decision-making processes with a high solution orientation Analytical and strategic thinking combined with a strong self-initiative are of course for you You feel like “Entrepreneur in the company” that acts with a high sense of responsibility in the sense of the company, employees and customers
