As a primary digitization partner of the Bundeswehr, we provide stable, safe and efficient IT services in Germany and abroad, from basic operations to the field close to the application and thus contribute to the continuous increase in the leadership and operational capacity of the Bundeswehr. now in Bonn. The BWI account management is the business-driven interface to the customer and the first contact for the customer. In addition to customer support, planning and development, account management is responsible for the creation of offers, the closing of contracts, contract management and the monitoring of contract implementation by the supplying units. The Account Operations division plays a cross-sectional role in Account Management and works with many interfaces within and outside the company and is responsible for the high-quality creation of offers. Within the scope of the offer creation, the task area includes activities from the request, the creation and finalization of offer documents to the conclusion of the contract and the documentation of the associated process steps in the corresponding tools.

Collection of requests and support during further processing

Reporting support by providing IT-based data evaluations

Cooperation with downstream departments and coordination of the resulting tasks

Takeover of administrative activities as part of the supply process including documentation

Student enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's degree in an IT degree with a commercial/distributive focus or BWL/VWL degree

First divergent internships or experiences desirable

Very good knowledge MS-Office
