As Head of Architecture & Infrastructure, you can design the technical backbone of the Smart Factory of the Shared Production Unit. You ensure that IT and OT infrastructures are stable, secure and capable of further development – and are transferred to a future-oriented target architecture. At the same time, you shape the culture of a modern, interdisciplinary team: with heart, clarity and strategic views.

The role is less technical – but a modern leadership role with a focus on team leadership, strategy and transformation. There can be Jena or Oberkochen (with regular attendance in Jena, Oberkochen, Göttingen, Mátészalka).

Your role:

Architecture & Orientation (IT/OT) Further development of the SPU-wide target architecture (IT/OT)

Structured guide maps for integration concepts, system landscapes and interfaces

Create comprehensible and implementable orientation for teams and stakeholders

2. Infrastructure & Stability (IT/OT operations) Ensure reliable IT and OT operations across all SPU locations

Established ITSM processes (Incident/Problem/Change) consistently live and develop

3. OT connectivity & production environment Set technical guidelines for MES, IoT and production networks

Close cooperation with interfaces such as Group IT, Enterprise Architecture, Security

Ensure that OT requirements are implemented clearly, bindingly and efficiently

4. Team leadership & further development Building, promoting and developing a powerful team

Coaching, role clarification, collaboration and a strong, positive team culture

Creating clarity and security in a complex, interdisciplinary environment

You lead the team through modernisation, harmonisation and organisational change

Architecture Width: Advanced Experiences in Target Architectures, Integration Concepts, EAM Basic Understanding, Experience in Architecture-Approval Processes, Industry‐4.0 Technologies
