The Schwarz IT supports the entire digital infrastructure and all software solutions of the companies of the Schwarz Group. It is therefore responsible for selecting, providing and operating as well as further developing IT infrastructures, IT platforms and business applications. In order to optimally support the departments through IT solutions in their business processes, the Schwarz IT takes up the requirements of the departments in consultations and works together with these professional and efficient IT solutions.

Your tasks

• You are the first contact for all requests concerning SAP user accounts and permissions.
• You take the creation, adaptation and deactivation of user accounts and make sure that the correct access rights are assigned.
• You support our internal users in daily challenges in SAP user management.
• You actively participate in the day-to-day operating business and contribute to keeping the system landscape stable and safe.
• Individual ideas and suggestions are always happy to see.

Your profile

• You are enrolled in a course like (economic) informatics or a similar subject.
• You have a great interest in SAP systems and ideally have already gained first experience in SAP user and authorization management.
• You bring an accurate and structured way of working, are strong in communication and are happy to work in the team.
• Knowledge in programming languages such as Python are of advantage, but no need.
• You have very good English skills and German skills at level B1 or better.
