Construction manager with development prospects (m/f/d)

You step by step enter the responsible construction management of our projects in the building, housing and renovation and work closely with experienced colleagues. From the outset, you will accompany the construction design on site and support the coordination of the works involved, as well as in scheduling, documentation and quality control. You participate in cost and time controlling, keep the progress of construction in mind and learn to detect possible deviations early and initiate appropriate measures. Together with our purchase, you tune material requirements at the construction sites and assist in the testing and release of input invoices. You are also increasingly responsible for change and decision templates as well as for the acceptance and transfer of (partial) works. With growing experience, we transfer your own tasks and projects for independent control.

Successfully completed studies in the field of civil engineering, architecture or industrial engineering, alternatively a comparable technical qualification. First practical insights into the construction design, for example through internships, student work activities or a first activity in the construction industry, are advantageous, but no prerequisite. You want to take responsibility, develop professionally and get to know the building management from scratch. Analytical thinking, organizational skills and a good technical understanding bring you along as well as a structured and careful way of working. You communicate clearly, appear bindingly and keep an overview even when several topics come together at the construction site. Own initiative, sense of responsibility and the willingness to make decisions increasingly independent complete your profile.
