Analysis and approval of supplier invoices from Germany and abroad taking into account tax requirements Independent identification and clarification of deviations in the invoices in close communication with suppliers and internal specialist departments Monitoring and optimization of payment transactions including ensuring the timely settlement of liabilities Checking of payment inputs and booking in our system Debitor accounting: administration and control of debitor accounts Optimization of process processes in accounting

Completed commercial training with a focus on accounting or a comparable qualification, for example as a tax specialist (m/w/d) or similar Professional experience in accounting and payment processing Very good knowledge of debitor accounting Safe handling of MS Office, especially Excel Own-sponsored and structured operation Teamability and high communication readiness Good English knowledge of word and writing
