How to support us: As a front office agent (m/w/d), you have the opportunity to let your enthusiasm and heart blood flow into your actions every day to conjure our guests a ray into the face. In particular, your tasks consist of: Ensuring a smooth run at the reception

Check In & Check Out of our international guests in the early, late service

Taking over the management of the cash register, editing invoices

to accept written and telephone reservation requests of our guests friendly and competent

Continue processing of booking requests with our Protel reservation system

Being the first contact for our guests and supporting them with questions and wishes

We wish you: To get solid in action as Front Office Agent (m/w/d) successfully completed a training in the hotel industry

already acquired first professional experience in the field of Front Office / reservation

our guests with their distinctive communication skills and their first-class Convince sales skills of our unique services
