In our team, you lead the field of electrical engineering and are responsible for the management and organization of this subject. In particular, the following tasks are within your responsibility: Disciplinary and professional leadership of the subject area and the staff (w/m/d), including process optimization, ensuring budget compliance and participation in personnel procurement and personnel development You ensure the complete, timely and perfect planning, tendering, awarding and monitoring of works in the field of expertise You develop the subject area and its processes, are in exchange with internal and external customers, conduct optimization requirements and initiate the corresponding measures You work, among other things, in the planning of measures for the investment and effort plan, in the preparation of recommendations and guidelines for the conclusion of framework agreements and the development of central standards in the mentioned area of responsibility, with

You can present a completed engineering studies in the field of electrical engineering You have several years of relevant professional experience in the areas of project management and control of complex construction projects, as well as planning and implementation of projects of water supply and wastewater disposal. These include all performance phases of HOAI, such as pre-planning, approval and execution planning, production of award documents, construction and project management until commissioning You have leadership experience and competencies or are willing to build them in a development period You have readiness to travel (national and international) and the willingness to work in special cases (e.g. in the evening hours) Your communication strength and enforcing ability as well as your willingness to make decisions and change round off your profile Your knowledge of German corresponds at least to the language level C1 and you own the class B licence

Flexible working time regulation Mobile work on several days (e.g. from home) incl. technical equipment Employment in accordance with the collective agreement utilities (TV-V) with remuneration in accordance with group 12 (incl. 13th monthly salary).
