For a well-known company in Olching we are now looking for a commercial employee (m/w/d) in purchasing.

Tasks, competences and responsibility

• Procurement of garden utensils, decoration and furniture
• Cooperation with suppliers, shipping service providers and cooperation partners
• Collection of offers and contract awards
• Stetige Kommunikation Suppliers, Shipping Service Providers and Cooperation Partners
• Monitoring the timely delivery
• Planning, monitoring and billing of shipping by external service providers.
• Auditing of invoices
• Monitoring of stock
• Create and maintain Excel lists
• Research for alternative products, materials and suppliers
• Cooperation with other team members

Technical requirements

• Completed training in the commercial sector (speech merchant, etc.)
• Experience in procurement and shipping
• Very good general computer skills, especially in Excel and Outlook
• Good communicative skills, self-initiative and independent working
