Your mission

As a central manager (m/w/d) at the production site Mainz (160 HC) you are responsible for the entire People & Culture Agenda - from the attitude to the exit - and work directly with the managing director. You are collaborating closely with the executives to implement corporate culture measures, optimize employee processes and reduce administrative activities - while simplifying workflows and driving digitization. With a balanced focus on tactical and strategic P&C themes, you are looking for a tangible impact and added value that supports the success of the local organization.

• Leadership Development & Follow-up Planning: You develop executives, design follow-up plans and organize talent conferences to close future skills gaps.
• Corporate culture & employee commitment: With your initiatives and events, you can promote innovation, cooperation and a culture of open feedback.

You're good

• Training & professional experience: You have a completed degree (at least B.A.) with a focus on human resources and bring at least 5 years of relevant professional experience or an equivalent combination of training and experience.
• Labour law & collective agreements: You have a well-founded knowledge in German labour law and ideally bring experience with the collective agreement of the metal and electrical industry.
• Process optimization & digitization: Efficiency is your thing - with digital tools and smart processes you make processes easier and more user-friendly.
• People & Culture Expertise: Talent Management, Remuneration & Benchmarking, Organisational Development, Diversity and Management Development - you have already gained experience in all these areas.
• Strength of communication: Whether in German or English, in writing or oral - You communicate on all hierarchical levels.
• Coaching experience: Coaching experience is beneficial and complements your ability to support executives and employees in their development.
