The financial accounting at ROSSMANN is the core of our financial management and is an integral part of our corporate success. It is responsible for the systematic collection, monitoring and evaluation of all business processes that can be expressed in figures. The position is for the first time limited to 2 years.

Single Accounting: Together with your team, you are responsible for the accounting of our subsidiary in Switzerland; in this context, you are responsible for the full presentation of creditors, debtors and asset accounting Bookings: You book invoices, banks and cash registers, taking into account the relevant accounting rules and the requirements within the ROSSMANN companies Votes: For the clarification of open items as well as the coordination of accounts, balances and cash registers, you will be in regular exchange with internal and external contact persons Conclusions: In preparing monthly and annual accounts, you support your team management and make a reliable contribution to meeting the deadlines Processes: Since the team and the processes are still under construction, you are actively involved in the further development and optimization of the processes, including in cooperation with adjacent areas such as IT

Basics: A completed commercial training is the basis of your profile, ideally complemented by experience in financial accounting and accounting Tools & ERP: With the popular MS Office solutions, especially Excel, you are routined and use them safely for your daily tasks; Also desirable are already gained experience with MS Dynamics 365 Business Central or a comparable ERP solution in accounting Teamwork: In cooperation with colleagues, you are team-oriented and communicative and contribute to a constructive working atmosphere.
