You support our customer service with 20 hours a week at our office at Promenadeplatz in Munich. Responsibly, you serve our locker customers, and of course you deal with their questions and wishes discreetly and conscientiously. You can organize the related work processes in a specialist manner.

You are immatriculated at a university; Applications from all fields are welcome. You have already gained first experience in dealing with customers, e.g. through activities in gastronomy, hotel industry or a similar area. You appear confidently and confidently in customer contact and have a well-kept appearance. You can provide a perfect police certificate and a positive Schufa statement. You have very good knowledge of German in word and writing (C2 level absolutely necessary), good English skills are of advantage. You like to work in the team, apply tasks independently and structured and also keep a calm view for good, pragmatic solutions in challenging situations.
