(Senior) Business Intelligence Engineer / Business Intelligence Architekt (m/f/d)

You will develop solutions for the further development of the international business intelligence strategy in terms of BI architecture and the self service approach for all ALDI North countries based on leading Microsoft Cloud technology You support the project teams in designing and implementing a holistic BI and Analytics solution approach, from data provision to interactive analysis dashboard You work with your colleagues to develop appropriate governance processes for the international use of data for all ALDI North countries You lead teammates on a professional level and are the contact person for conceptual and cross-disciplinary architecture issues for current and future business intelligence solutions You support the development and further development of the analysis offers on the international analytics platform You support your teammates as well as colleagues in the departments by consulting and training in interpreting data and information You evaluierst latest technologies and features, test them in the form of Proof of Concepts and introduce them as new (partial) products for the Data & Analytics platform You work with the most modern tools and methods like DataOps, DevOps and Scrum, continuously expanding your knowledge and sharing with your colleagues

You have successfully completed your studies in economics, statistics, business intelligence, data analytics or other relevant fields 5+years of professional experience in the fields of business intelligence, data analytics, data governance or a comparable activity (even in the context of a management consultancy) and ideally experience in the professional leadership of teammates You have extensive knowledge in the development of addressable reports and dashboards for different stakeholders and are able to analyse, model complex datasets and share this knowledge with your teammates You bring advanced programming skills in R, Python, SQL or comparable, as well as strong experiences with business intelligence tools such as Microsoft Power BI, Tableau or Qlik Sense Ideally, you could already gain practical experience in handling large amounts of data You are a team player with a high level of commitment, self-employment and creative thinking
