At the next time, we are looking for you as a Trainer/Dozent (m/w/d) – priority masonry!

In modernly equipped workshops and training rooms at our Bauzentrum in Koblenz, you will pass on your knowledge to the young craftsmen. They teach - also online - in master classes and training seminars.

You can build on it

• A full-time job with 39 hours/week, regulated working hours and 30 days of annual leave, plus relief on Christmas Eve and New Year's Eve, in individual cases also mobile work

• They design and optimize modern, digital teaching and learning media for training and further training in masonry crafts
• You bring your expertise to the selection and application of contemporary, digitally supported methods of consulting, education and public relations
• They work with examination committees, vocational schools, innations/associations, firms and working groups.

This craftsmanship will bring you with:

• Master's examination, relevant practical experience and current technical and software knowledge in the masonry and concrete building trades or other, at least equivalent qualifications are essential
• Pedagogical skills and a hand for the correct handling of young people and adults combined with intercultural competence are essential
• Good oral and written communication skills, a healthy mix of empathy and enforcement skills as well as the ability to separate problem solving are required
• Pleasant personal appearance, readiness to change and use as well as reliability and loyalty complete the tools for the successful performance of the tasks
• Class B driving licence and own car is required
