Analysis of procurement markets and maintenance of the Commodity supplier portfolio Design of the Commodity Strategy taking into account the requirements regarding qualitative, technical and strategic aspects Operational implementation and follow-up of the strategy taken and appropriate measures in coordination with adjacent departments ensuring the conditions of purchase and legal and operational provisions; Implementation of the requirements from risk management, sustainability management and Compliance Guidelines for Suppliers Negotiation and conclusion of contracts (framework contracts, NDA, etc.) with suppliers worldwide clarification of all contractual modifications with suppliers and the legal department up to signature maturity Development of savings potentials (e.g. through regular procurement market analyses, benchmarks) and development and implementation of measures to achieve defined savings targets Implementation of regular supplier negotiations (e.g. annual price talks) and documentation of the savings results Cooperation in projects of cross-functional and cross-site teams to ensure the expertise required for strategic purchasing

completed studies in a commercial or technical field or Training with further training in the field of application Including professional experience in strategic purchasing Experience in cost analysis, supplier management and negotiations Communication and negotiation strength, sovereign appearance and team skills High level of target and outcome orientation, willingness to decide and enforcement Experience in project management
