Your tasks as a development engineer for electric drive systems (m/w/d):

• Design and design of electrical drive systems, including motors, power electronics and control units
• Implementation of simulations, detailed analyses and targeted optimization of electrical and mechatronic components as well as overall systems
• Creation, maintenance and updating of technical specifications and comprehensive design and test documentation
• Planning, coordination and implementation of test series and test procedures for the validation and protection of developed systems
• Close interdisciplinary cooperation with the research, manufacturing and quality assurance departments to ensure project objectives
• Accompanying and controlling the product development process from the initial concept phase to the successful series maturity
• Identification of innovation potentials and their implementation for continuous development and optimization of drive technology

Your profile as a development engineer for electric drive systems (m/w/d):

• Complete university studies in the field of electrical engineering, mechatronics, vehicle technology or a comparable qualification
• Knowledge and experience in the development of electric drive systems and power electronics
• Safe handling of common simulation and development tools, for example MATLAB/Simulink and CAD systems
• Ideally practical experience in testing and testing electrical drive components
• Structured and analytical methods and high self-responsibility
• Good knowledge of German in word and writing, English knowledge is advantageous
