Embedded Software Developer (m/w/d)

Your Task

• Development and development of embedded software solutions for highly secure applications in aerospace
• Implementation of software components on microcontroller platforms (e.g. ARM Cortex, PowerPC)
• Start-up and integration on target hardware including debugging (including Lauterbach, JTAG)
• Development and maintenance of software requirements taking into account DO-178C-RichtIinien
• Planning and implementation of automated test procedures (e.g. with VectorCAST or Tessy)
• Analysis and correction of error images in real-time operation
• Close cooperation with adjacent disciplines such as system engineering and hardware development
• Working in agile project environments (Scrum, Kanban)

Your profile

• Successfully completed studies in computer science, electrical engineering, aerospace technology or comparable
• Found experience in embedded development with C/C++
• Know-how in the development of safety-critical software (e.g. DO-178C, ISO 26262)
• Practice in dealing with RTOS (e.g. VxWorks, FreeRTOS, QNX)
• Safe handling of version management (Git, SVN)
• Experience with requirements tools like DOORS or Polarion
• Knowledge in testing (unit, integration, system tests)
• Flowing German knowledge required
• Good English skills
