In your role as 'Team Leader Service', you are the key contact person for customers and colleagues around the service business. You have experience with steam turbines and/or other turbomachines and understand the processes behind them. You are developing your team and the service business of AGT globally. Customer satisfaction is just as important to you as business development. This is how you actively contribute to the entrepreneurial success of customers and the Actuators and Governors for Turbomachinery division.

You have the professional and disciplinary leadership of the service team; in cooperation with regional service colleagues. The close cooperation with the worldwide sales colleagues, including per active sales work to ensure sustainable growth, is an important part. You ensure the technical, commercial and organizational service processes – from customer request to invoice. In your role, you are responsible for the strategic and operational development of the global service activities. The establishment and supervision of regional service networks as well as the schools of partners and service personnel are also included. You analyse regional market and customer requirements and guide measures to improve service quality and customer satisfaction. Your profile

You have completed technical studies (engineering, industrial engineering, mechatronics, electrical engineering, etc.) or have a comparable qualification with service experience. Multiannual professional experience in the international environment, ideally in machine or plant engineering, will take you along. A pronounced customer and result orientation as well as a safe occurrence in intercultural environments speak for you. Experience in leadership and development of teams could collect you. We require very good knowledge of English and German in word and writing; other foreign languages are of advantage. An international readiness to travel (about 20%) represents an enrichment for you. High communication skills, organisational skills and a structured working method combined with a solution-oriented and service-oriented working method with good technical understanding for complex machines, plants and processes completes your profile.
