You accompany the projects in the construction phase You create project budgets and generate these (order calculations) You conduct the work calculation and analyzes target / actual comparisons You collect performance parameters of the current construction site and work out the monthly performance report You work intensively with the project management to manage the project You are involved in the project's claim management and you are working out potential contributions and calculate them

You have a completed technical or commercial degree or a comparable qualification, ideally in the field of construction / civil engineering or comparable You have very good knowledge of costing programs or Construction project management software, ideally RIB iTWO You have knowledge or experience in the costing of large projects, which is desirable You have a basic technical understanding You are permanently ready to travel and flexible at the place of use You stand out for negotiation and have a good and safe way of expression, even in English
