The “Ökosystem Online-Banking Business” area is designed to develop the online banking solution for the business and corporate customers of the savings banks. With the digital ecosystem, corporate customers are accompanied and optimally supported over their entire life cycle. The “User Management” department plays a central role: it provides the basic functions necessary for the use of essential online banking services by end customers of the savings banks.

Support and optimization of existing products, including the identification of potential improvements Planning and performing tests, including first steps to automate test processes Consulting customers and processing of customer requests, with a focus on building long-term customer relationships Process design and coordination of interface management with internal and external partners Development and coordination of concepts with stakeholders, including more complex requirements Creation of specialist concepts or IT implementation concepts
