As a working student (m/w/d) Complaint Management, you take over the self-sponsored and fall-close processing of simple customer complaints. You support our Complaint team for first-level tasks, such as the processing and assignment of incoming complaint reports. Studies: You are currently an immatricated student (m/w/d) of Business Administration, Economics or Law. Experience: Ideally, you have already gained first experience in damage and/or complaint management. Working: You are characterized by a careful, structured and independent way of working. Communication: You are strong in communication, service-oriented and enjoy professional handling of different contacts. Personality: commitment, reliability and team spirit are your strengths.
