Responsibility for SAP EWM Service Support incl. Customizing and further development as well as ensuring the ongoing operation Consultancy and support of our business partners as part of the process support, optimization and new development and design of the business processes in the Logistics/Warehouse Management area and their systemic implementation within the SAP EWM application Cooperation and (partial) project management in innovative SAP EWM projects incl. Requirements Analysis, Conception, Implementation and Testing Budget responsibility for the EWM Service Professional leadership of our internal EWM consultants and developers as well as control and coordination of external service providers Coordination and ticket disposition in the incident, change and service request management as well as ensuring internal performance accounting as well as SLAs and KPIs Active cooperation in 3rd and 2nd level support for Incident Management, Change Management and as a contact person for our Global Key users Creation of technical solutions and implementation concepts as well as realignment of existing applications, in particular in the field of warehouse management with EWM Ensuring and cooperation in the creation of programs, systems and user documentation This location can be occupied at the locations in Düsseldorf, Kassel, Bremen, Kiel, and Unterlüß or possibly remotely.

Successfully completed studies of (economic) informatics, economics or training with a comparable background Multiannual professional experience in consulting and application and service management, especially in the SAP ERP and EWM environment Multiannual experience in managing external service providers and in the technical coordination of internal employees Funded, comprehensive knowledge about business processes in the field of warehouse and inventory management and adjacent logistics processes Good to very good knowledge in the field of SAP EWM and adjacent SAP ERP modules (Customizing; Debugging desirable and at best programming knowledge) Wide-ranging knowledge and experience in business process modeling as well as IT service management and ITIL Knowledge of the support of SAP-EWM interfaces and the connection of non-SAP systems (e.g. MFS, PickbyVoice, high-bay storage systems etc.) Very good knowledge of German and English in word and writing Self-responsible action combined with active teamwork and a result-oriented operation High service and service orientation combined with high flexibility, durability and readiness to use Intercultural competence and project-related (international) readiness (10-20%)
