Comprehensive legal advice for all business sectors (in particular sales, purchasing, production, supply chain, IT, finance) in national and international business law Advising departments (e.g. Regulatory, Clinical, Medical Affairs, Marketing, Sales) on all legal issues relating to the development, admission, marketing and monitoring of medical devices / implants Design, testing and negotiation of B2B contracts (e.g. supply, purchasing, framework, project, service and maintenance contracts, sales and NDA agreements) Close cooperation with the operational units and management for the legally and economically optimal design of offers, projects and business models Sparringspartner (w/m/d) for all stakeholders in and outside the company, address-oriented preparation of complex legal issues Participation in compliance and governance issues, standard contracts, guidelines and training Support for projects and special topics (e.g. disputes, cooperations, M&A)

Senior Consultant (m/d) in Germany Long-term professional experience as an in-house counsel (w/m/d), ideally in an industrial or Medical environment, in addition with law-oriented law firm background In-depth experience in commercial/contract law (B2B) with international reference Impressed entrepreneurial understanding and pragmatic, solution-oriented consulting style Decisive, resilient personality with clear, structured communication Teamplayer (w/m/d) and Leader (w/m/d): high level of social competence, ability to manage and motivate stakeholders and colleagues Very good knowledge of German and English in word and writing, reliable in terms of contract and safe from negotiation
